RE: Mayor Alfred E. Vellucci Community Plaza and Fall For Inman Square
Dear Mr. Mayor,
On behalf of the Inman Square Business Association, we would like to thank the City of Cambridge, Council members and staff for the development of the Mayor Alfred E. Vellucci Community Plaza dedication ceremony and the assistance provided to the Fall For Inman Square sidewalk fair. The contributions made by the City and Inman Square business community created an event enjoyed by residents and visitors, alike.
The Cambridge Arts Council, Department of Public Works and Community Development Department collaborated with the Inman Square Business
Association to provide family entertainment and cultural activities that lasted well beyond that October afternoon. We would also like to thank the
Cambridge Fire Department, Police Department, and Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department for participating and protecting the event for all to
enjoy. It is one step in the enhancement of Inman Square as a vibrant business, entertainment and residential area of Cambridge.
We look forward to working with the City on future special events.
